There are many places to stay in Ocean City for your Senior Week.   Why stay with us? Let's start with location.   We cover the beach with a variety of locations.   Prefer to stay downtown near the Inlet and Boardwalk.   We offer Parrot Bay Townhouses and Jocelyn Manor Condos between 5th and 8th Street just steps from all the action such as the H2O Club (the Under 21 Dance Club).   Choose a condo for groups up to 8 or move up to a Townhouse if your group is up to 14. (The Townhouses are side by side so we can easily handle much larger groups in two adjacent units.) All guests at Parrot Bay and Jocelyn Manor receive free tickets to a Crab Feast/Bar-B-Q mixer limited solely to the guests in the units.

Moving up the beach, we offer deluxe Suites at the Coconut Malorie on 59th Street and the Princess Royale on 91st Street that handle four and six people, respectively.

Our units have been upgraded and offer the following premium features:

  • Fully equipped kitchens stocked with adequate supplies for your cooking needs
  • Washer and Dryer right in the unit (does not apply to Suites)
  • Outdoor Pools (the Princess Royale has an indoor pool
  • Cable with HBO and TV's in LR and all bedrooms
  • Computer with High Speed Internet service in condos and townhouses
  • Plenty of Off-Street Parking

Jocelyn Manor has one opening for May 30 and another for June 6 week. Parrot Bay has one opening left for June 6. All other properties are booked until July 4th
